History of the Group
The founders of the "Mahdamin Group" which is considered as one of the most successful teams in various fields of poultry farming, dairy farming, aquaculture, etc, started their activity by founding the "Miramin Company".
The "Miramin Company" which is one of the most well-known companies with an activity span of about 4 decades, was founded in 1976 with the aim of broiler chicken production. The Miramin Company's broilers were first introduced in Mazandaran's province of Iran market. Later in 1985, because of the high demand in market, the Miramin Company changed its focus on parent stock and in little time, the company turned into one of the greatest producers of high quality day-old chickens. The Miramin Company expanded its activities through establishment of various breeder farms as it founded the "Miramin Noor Company" in 1994, "Damdaran Shomal Company" in 1995, and "Morghdaran Shomal Company" in 2005. Also, the Miaramin Company bought a noticeable share of "Ajdad Eram Company", to maintain its supply of breeder chicken for the market.
As a need for a dedicated company active in field of poultry industry were deeply felt and also completion of the supply chain of poultry feed in Iran was of undeniable importance, Mr. Farmin Amin founded the "Behniroo Shomal" Company in 1998 in a close partnership and cooperation with "Berg-Schmit" company with aim of producing fat-based supplements which was considered a huge step forward for its own time.
Little after foundation of "Behniroo Shomal", because of the undeniable need for an independent company active in field of export and import, the "Mahdamin Kian" was founded with aim of supplying feed and additives which were specially produced to use for poultry, ruminants, and aquamarines. In the recent years, the "Mahdamin Kian" Company, alongside continuous provision of unrivaled and new products, had a special view in field of exports to countries of the region such as Iraq, Syria, Azerbaijan, and Pakistan and made a significant amount of export to the mentioned countries.
Alongside the development of the “Mahdamin Kian” Copmany, the “Noavaran Pishro Iria” Company was founded in 2011 with aim of importing poultry and ruminants feed. Also, as the Iranian subsidy reform plan were in action, a need for cutting-edge technologies in farming hardware and structures related to poultry farming specially Minimum Ventilation Systems were deeply felt. To this purpose, the “Noavaran Pishro Iria” Company, continued its activities in with an aim to transfer cutting-edge technologies to the country and supply automation equipment for poultry farms.
Sepid Toyour Pars Niak, the Aviagen partner in distribution of Arbor Acres line, was founded in 2013 with Mr. Farmin Amin being one of its founding members. The Pars Niak grandparent company produce (in its own GP farms) and present the Arbor Acres parent stock chickens in the Iran market.

With our new distributor Pars Niak and our international resources and managers, we are looking to strengthen our position together and seek to build an image of confidence and quality in this growing market in Iran,” stated Mr. Puzant Dakessian, commercial director Arbor Acres Middle East and Africa.
As of the latest plans and activities of the group is establishment of a poultry meat processing integration and next move is considered to be establishment of a chicken-based fastfood chain-restaurant for the first time in Iran.
It is worth to note that all of the above mentioned companies have been active ever since the foundation.
